You can find them in the OOPic user groups. The most active one can be found on Yahoo Groups. Or - If your OOPic is not doing what you expect it to, check the trouble-shooting page. An often overlooked OOPic resource is the information contained on our website. I cannot tell you how many times I have received a message that states "I have read every page in the manual" when in fact the information they sought was in several places they just did not bother to look at. Email Address: One of the more difficult challenges that I face is responding to the vast amounts of response that I am getting about the OOPic product line. While I very much wish that I had the time to communicate with all the people who have sent me email, there is simply not enough time. I have found that if I spend 100% of the day doing nothing but answering email, I still cannot answer everyone who sent email that day resulting in the majority of emails received that day going unanswered. Being that time is a limited asset and that I have several research projects going on all the time, I have resigned myself to being unable to reply with individual answers to the huge volume of email I receive everyday. I hope that you will accept my implicit apology and understand if you have sent email and I have not replied. This situation is further compounded by the ever increasing volumes of spam email with misleading subject lines and virus attachments. I have found that each year, the amount of spam and virus attachments sent to OOPic.com has increased more by more than 4 times what it was the previous year. This clutter has grown so large that it has covered up legitimate emails that have required immediate attention. I find that this is a problem with no solution. Therefore, I have turned the spam filter up to its highest level. I hope that you will accept my implicit apology and understand if you have send email and have received a "Blocked By Spam Filter" message in reply.
